I just focus on life, I just focus on livin'
I don't worry 'bout money, I don't worry 'bout limits
I remember being broke. I remember being scared
I remember losing everything, it made me never care
I don't worry 'bout love, I don't worry 'bout hate
I just focus on life, to me it's all the same
I remember being broke, I remember being scared
I remember losing everything, it made me never care
Verse 1:
What's the difference?
if you blink you might miss it
I miss the days where we didn't take pictures
I miss the nights where we didn't wash dishes
(ah shit hold up let me post this real quick)
My face is unfamiliar but it opens up my phone
so i figure when i die I won't be all alone
See, i got the internet they respect my intellect
if our paths don't intercept, my post will interject
See, i know I hold my own peep the way I hold my phone
keep a gun up on my waist everytime I leave my home
I keep one up in the chamber, plus I schedule all my posts
I was born ready nigga, but for what I do not know
Live life like a show but rarely show my life
add a little saturation so my skin don't look so light
I remember being wrong i remember being right
but it's hard for me to learn any song that I write
Hook:
I just focus on life, I just focus on livin'
I don't worry 'bout money, I don't worry 'bout limits
I remember being broke. I remember being scared
I remember losing everything, it made me never care
I don't worry 'bout love, I don't worry 'bout hate
I just focus on life, to me it's all the same
I remember being broke, I remember being scared
I remember losing everything, it made me never care

Sometimes you come across an artist that is compelled to do what they do.
I appreciate the musicality and the arrangement and the artistry of the songs. He sings and plays like his life depends on it. I appreciate the humanity of the lyrics… Like reading Tortilla Flats, or watching Nobody’s Fool.
Ceschi is a bright star. I’m glad he’s loose in the world. oldtruck

Absolutely love this record, and so happy Buck is back, but is it just me or does Buck’s voice sound totally different from his mid-2000s Talkin’ Honky era stuff? Like his voice is higher and smoother, I wasn’t even sure it was him. Is this a return to his really early straight hip-hop stuff, without the country and blues influences? misanthropologist
